In 1995, two esteemed United States senators from states 1200 miles apart threw their hats, once again, into the “political ring.” Both men, belonging to the same political party, began campaigning for the office of President of the United States. What makes the circumstance unusual is they both claim the same small town in the heart of the United States, Russell, Kansas, to be their home town. |
